Among other difficulties, I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, phobias, relationship trouble, and midlife turmoil. You are a unique individual; we will approach your therapy individually.
A lot of our problems stem from a lack of meaning, or from a fractured relationship with ourselves. Processing internal conflicts that keep us stuck in the past or have us believing old, expired messages is an ongoing project. It's the most important work we do in life.
