Men and Manhood
This group is for men 40 and over. It addresses any and all issues that the members wish to bring up. Sometimes these are general issues that affect many members, and sometimes they are specific issues that one member wishes to talk about and get feedback on from the group. This is a process group led by a therapist with life experience and trained in group leadership. Members can use this safe and confidential environment to support, encourage, and inspire each other during the challenging process of changing their lives.

Authenticity Group
Often we act in ways that do not reflect the way we feel inside because of our fears, upbringing, low self-worth, painful experiences, or other obstacles. An example is being angry about how someone treats us but never doing anything to change that. Authenticity involves knowing how we feel, setting boundaries around how we let others treat us, and having the the inner freedom and confidence to be able to choose how to act. A therapy group can be a great place to practice new ways of being your authentic self, among people who are learning the same thing.
