Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Keith Swain and over the last 29 years I have worked as a psychotherapist and a college professor. I’ve learned a secret over that time: very few people have a true mental illness. Over my career I may have seen 5 or 6 truly mentally ill people. The rest? Folks like you and me - good people, just moving through life when, wham, something bad happens. If this were a problem with your car, at first you’d feel angry, or lost, or maybe afraid then you’d call a trusted mechanic. This time, it’s your life that’s off a bit and you’re looking for a trusted “life mechanic.” Good; you found him.
Here’s what I can guarantee: good work, reasonable prices, and a valuable outcome. I will select techniques that are most effective, while you clarify the activities you will do. (Why assign a task you won't do?) Some of the cutting-edge therapies I offer include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), nature immersion therapy, and VR hypnotherapy.
