I help women transform feelings of overwhelm, sadness, anxiety, and suffering into deeper experiences of joy, peace, and presence. The most difficult periods of our lives are often the fertile soil for growth and transformation if we dare to face our challenges. I create a safe and confidential space for women to be brave, get vulnerable, dig deep, and connect to their own transformative power and healing.
I specialize in perinatal mental health, treating the range of mood and anxiety issues that arise while a woman is pregnant and up to a year after delivery. I also work with adult women on general depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), addiction and adjustment to changing roles. I offer EMDR therapy.
I have been working with women during the reproductive and maternal years - a beautiful, intense, and vulnerable time of life - for over a decade. One of the great privileges of my life has been sitting with brave women on their journeys toward greater emotional health.
