I use a collaborative approach where you set the goals for therapy and together we work towards achieving your goals. I am trained in a number of systemic and individual approaches including, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
I have a passion for helping those who have experienced emotional, physical and sexual trauma. I utilize an integrative style based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
