I have over 20 years of experience using a unique combination of Mental Health Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Counseling for individuals, couples, and kids struggling with challenges such as: anxiety, depression, ADHD, Vaping or Smoking to name a few. Also specializing in Maternal Mental Health for women dealing with infertility, pregnancy and Postpartum issues

Postpartum Stress Suppport Group
This group is for postpartum women who are struggling with their adjustment to motherhood.Various topics are introduced and discussed as new moms support each other, and get a sense that they are not alone. The group is ongoing, moms are welcome to join any time, and babies up to 9 months old are welcome to come. A phone consulation is required before joining the group. The week of each group I request that they call to inform me that they will attend.
