Today, life throws so many stressors at us, and it can be a challenging at times to navigate and this is where I will step in. As a licensed mental health counselor, I have experience working with teens with self esteem issues, time management issues and adults of all ages with depression, low self esteem to be more emotional and mentally stronger and to live life to it's fullest.
I am compassionate helper and a fervent supporter of others' growth and success. I am dedicated to help you to improve your life by teaching you coping skills and provide a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. My primary treatment approach is Strength Based, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
