I often work with men who feel overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, or unsure how to talk about what they’re experiencing. I have experience working with individuals and couples impacted by addiction as well as people navigating major life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection.
Outside the therapy room, I have interest in golf, sports, science, and technology. These interests often shape how I think about growth and change through curiosity, practice, feedback, and adjustment over time. In my work, I do not approach therapy from a position of being the “expert” on your life. You’re the expert on your experience, values, and goals.
