Seeking therapy is a critical first step to improving your life. I am a clinical psychologist in private practice since 1995. My specialities include depression, anxiety, relationship issues and personality issues /low esteem. My goal as a therapist is to help each client facilitate the change they need by understanding themselves better and learning what is causing their distress. My approach is varied, and includes elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and CBT. Because I have worked in medical settings such as primary care , and dialysis units, I respect the complex interactions between mind and body and the challenges that go with it.

I have worked with clients that have a variety of issues. I am licensed as both a mental health and a substance use provider. I offer a goal oriented treatment using an integrative therapeutic approach. I have worked in several different settings including Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals where the goal was stabilization to Detoxification Facilities. I have also worked at various other levels of care, which include Partial Hospital Programs and Intensive Out Patient. I enjoy working with both adult and adolescent populations.
