As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Apparent Fitness, LLC, I offer a holistic approach (Mind, Body and Spirit) towards each woman's unique journey into motherhood. With over 15 years of experience working with new mothers and families, I utilize a multi-modal, clinical approach for the treatments of PMADs.

Typically, the usual approach to addiction begins with the premise that something is broken, and needs to be fixed. You will often be given a list of things to do,and a time frame to do it in. I believe that my job is to help you reflect on why you behave and think the way that you do, and coach you to begin the process of making the changes you need to make in your life in order to heal. Change begins with you. It is important to become more solution-focused, and not distracted by worry and anxiety.

I am an LCSW with experience working with a variety of age groups, and populations. I have worked with children in residential programs, and extended day programs; conducting individual, group and family therapy. I have also worked with adults with co-occurring disorders providing treatment in multiple levels of care. I am open to working with Client’s ages 6 and up; I have experience in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

As a certified positive disciple parent educator I can give parents tools to create more harmony, connectedness and peace at home. I also incorporate EMDR and Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy for families that have experienced any type of trauma.
