I enjoy helping youth of all ages and backgrounds, and I have nearly a decade of experience working with neurodiverse children. I can help children and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger, relationship and self esteem issues. I provide trauma informed care. I have a musical background and enjoy bringing music into my therapeutic approach. I have a passion for working with preteens and teens.

I believe everyone is capable of growth and transformation. I aim to illuminate the path towards meaningful change for all those in search of it. If your child is in search of this path, nothing would bring me more joy than to walk alongside them and help them find it. I believe that “people don’t care how much you know till they know how much you care".
Please visit our website to learn more about how I can help your child and to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
