As a therapist, I see it as my role to come alongside you and be with you as you navigate life's challenges, with the goal of living an authentic, fulfilling life. I provide therapy and coaching to people experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, professional challenges, posttraumatic stress disorder, and emotional and relational difficulties, as well as men's issues. I use EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help you as you work towards your goals.
