I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I am here to help guide you along your healing journey. Sessions with me are collaborative and consent-based, meaning that you have the ultimate control while I'm here as a supportive guide. I practice a relational therapy model and work best when we are both able to unmask (to the best of our abilities).
I love supporting queer, trans, disabled and neurodivergent clients in unlearning shame, advocating for themselves, and reclaiming autonomy. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing what’s broken” because you are not broken.
I typically focus on narrative therapy, DBT skills, somatic techniques, CBT, and neurodivergent affirming care. I do my best to incorporate a sociopolitical mindset and
approach to trauma, interpersonal relationships, and healing. I also encourage clients to build their toolkits and outside support networks as much as possible.
Whether you’re here to unmask, process complex feelings, rest, or gain coping skills, I meet you exactly where you are. You have the right to take up space, pause, and heal on your own terms.
