I work with men and couples in crisis who were never taught or discouraged naming what they feel and are suffering because of it. I'm PACT trained, using attachment-based work to help you repair old wounds, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect, with your partner and with yourself. I'm kind and direct: I won't just listen and nod along. Early morning and weekday hours with virtual therapy throughout California.
My approach is straightforward and collaborative. With men, we build emotional vocabulary and work through avoidance instead of around it, and make room for self-expression and growth. With couples, I use PACT (a psychobiological, attachment-based method) and EFT to repair old wounds and rebuild trust. . I'll tell you what I see, not just listen.
I've struggled with showing up as the husband and father my family needed, with workaholism, and with knowing who I was outside of my career. My own therapy process changed all of it, and that's part of why I'm honored to do this work now.
