I use a range of evidence-based approaches fit to each individual including CBT, DBT skills, play-based techniques and an attachment-focused lens to help make sense of emotional needs and relational patterns. I provide affirmative care that respects and supports all aspects of a person’s identity, including gender, sexuality, culture, and neurodiversity.
