My therapy style is informed by my desire to explore, understand, and empower my clients. I am Kink/BDSM, non-monogamy, body neutral and queer aligned. I believe therapy is political and a space where clients can be intentional about their identities. Topics that I particularly enjoy working with include gender affirming care, chronic pain, working through infidelity, aging, navigating multiple racial and cultural identities, and processing sexual trauma.
I am candid, warm and open. I work to create safe and nonjudgmental brave spaces with my clients through shared curiosity. I am passionate about working with my clients to recognize larger systems that they interact with throughout their lives and how these systems impact their personal identities.
I look forward to working with people who are curious about themselves and their lives. I strive to create a safe holding space alongside my clients that supports them learning more about their inner process, finding compassion for themselves, and strengthening their communities and relationships.
