I work with children (10+), teens, adults, military service members, veterans, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, trauma, or difficulties related to legal system involvement. I plan to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where my clients can better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and build healthier relationships while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside psychodynamic techniques, to help my clients recognize how past experiences influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create positive changes that support emotional well-being and personal growth.
