Battling addiction and depression is a lonely place. It is hard for our family and friends to understand the internal struggle. Addiction is a safe haven from the chaos in the world around us. But at the same time, it is our addiction that keeps us from living our best lives. As a Certified Master Addiction Counselor, I know what it is like to live in fear of your next drink or gambling game. You want relief from your pain but are unsure where to find it outside of your addiction. I understand and have years of experience working with individuals and their families living with addition and family discord.

I work with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, family strife, and addiction. It is vital that we address these issues as soon as possible so that it does not increase in severity. Do not let your pain steal your ideal life.
