I have had the honor to work with adults and aging adults experiencing trauma, women and gender issues, anxiety, depression, as well as inner child work, self-esteem and identity expression. I use a collection of different therapeutic theories such as mindfulness-based therapy, person-centered therapy.
Deciding to face personal problems and stressors can feel daunting but it’s also incredibly brave and the first step towards healing! My goal is to help you feel supported as we work together to face challenges, develop coping skills, process emotions, and build positive change!
