I believe that everyone is deserving of empathy, compassion, and support. My mission to create a space where each individual feels that they can authentically show up as themselves to be fully supported in the therapeutic process. I am here to provide a nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and nurturing for each client. I believe that each individual has the capacity to reach self-fulfillment and it is my role to support you along this journey!
I have had the honor to work with adults and aging adults experiencing trauma, women and gender issues, anxiety, depression, as well as inner child work, self-esteem and identity expression. I use a collection of different therapeutic theories such as mindfulness-based therapy, person-centered therapy.
Deciding to face personal problems and stressors can feel daunting but it’s also incredibly brave and the first step towards healing! My goal is to help you feel supported as we work together to face challenges, develop coping skills, process emotions, and build positive change! Together we will build an understanding of your story; what makes you, you!
