As a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience practicing as a therapist, I have had the privilege of serving diverse populations both in the Bay Area and within my home country. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help uncover their emotional and personal truth. I help my clients in working through family relationship issues, identity challenges, and mitigate mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or eating disorders.

I have success working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, domestic abuse, maternal mental health issues, family discord, and also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families. One of my passions is Prenatal Bonding and psychology, enhancing the bond between mother and child to improve birth outcomes and reduce adverse postpartum experiences.

Hello, my name is Csilla (pronounced Chee la). I completed my Master's degree at UC Berkeley's School of Social Welfare with a focus on Community Mental Health. I went on to work at Alameda County and, later, Placer County Behavioral Health programs. I provided public Mental Health services for fifteen years before working at Kaiser Permanente. For the last six years, I have provided therapy in a private setting and in a healthcare facility.
