I am a queer multicultural nonbinary AuDHD therapist who creates a nonjudgemental space for their clients. I mainly focus on the trans and nonbinary experience, complex trauma, chronic/terminal illnesses, ADHD/autism and grief/loss. I have clinical and personal experiences regarding my specializations. I have a deep capacity for working with trauma & supporting clients who think their story is “too heavy” for others to bear. I am really good at helping you (re)connect with who you are, who you want to be & figuring out how self-care looks like for you. Whatever we work on, I will create a safe environment and affirm your experience.

I am a Neuropsychologist located in Calabasas with over 25 years of specialized training in neuropsychological testing, and adolescent, adult and geriatric psychology from Harvard University and UCLA. I accept insurance, and specialize in the in the evidence-based assessment of individuals with academic, learning, and other neurocognitive differences that effect academic, social, and behavioral functioning. My team and I use a scientific approach to provide each patient with an individualized assessment based on empirically-validated research of brain-based conditions (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia, brain injury, epilepsy, dementia, etc.).

My name is Dr. Estera Borcsa, I am here to help you overcome your past, focus on the present and plan your future. I am a neuroscience expert and focus on teaching reflective practices based in neuroscience to help you manage stress and know yourself so well that you can predict how you will react to the next crisis in your life. Life will keep handing you problems and difficult situations I want to teach you how to manage them well.

I believe in human resiliency. I have witnessed profound healing, strength and transformation occur in people's lives through the process of psychotherapy. I support individuals by expanding their awareness, building compassionate self-acceptance, and creating aligned action to live their preferred lives. I have success working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, domestic abuse, maternal mental health issues, family discord, and also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families. My clients trust that I can help them overcome whatever their challenges are. One of my passions is Prenatal Bonding and psychology, enhancing the bond between mother and child to improve birth outcomes and reduce adverse postpartum experiences.
