Was it difficult to click on this page? Well you did it and if that is your accomplishment for the day then that is one step closer towards healing. It is my belief that healing is a series of small, humble steps leading to transformation. Pain takes many forms, headaches, chronic physical pain, the pain from loss, the pain from one's limitations after a serious diagnosis, the pain from abuse and the pain from the love that you didn't receive. These experiences teaches us some harsh lessons that keep us safe, but they can also keep us trapped.
I believe in every person's inherent drive to heal. When we have a cut it doesn't stay open indefinitely; it closes, it heals. Our brains are designed to heal our emotional wounds just as it operates to heal our physical wounds. Working with your natural drive towards healing, I will journey with you toward a state of being and away from a state of reacting.
