Hey, I’m Humayun. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or emotionally drained — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, life transitions, and stress on body and mind. Whether you’re picking up the pieces after a hard chapter, finding balance, or just need space to be heard — I’m here to support you with compassion and respect.
I’ve worked with students, Muslim clients, BIPOC communities, veterans, elders, neurodivergent folks, and those managing substance use. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll move at your pace, whether diving deep or just getting through the week. I bring a calm, collaborative approach rooted in respect and curiosity.
I use trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, parts work, and body-based strategies — all tailored to you.
