Hi there, I'm Erin (she/they) and I am a queer, AuDHD Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who lives with chronic illness/disabilities. As someone with a shared lived experience, I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent (ND), and chronically ill/disabled communities. Oftentimes people who are misunderstood and discriminated against find it difficult to be their full, genuine, authentic self. I want to help you achieve a life of self-compassion, understanding, and self-acceptance!
I use a neurodiverse & gender affirming lens to provide a safe and inclusive space. I specialize in burnout recovery, stress management, anxiety, depression, sensory overload/shutdowns, chronic illness management/acceptance, and trauma (including EMDR). Being different is not bad.
