Life can be a roller coaster. It takes us high with the birth of a child, falling in love, or reaching new goals. It may drop us low mourning a death, suffering abuse, grappling with sexual issues, feeling isolated. Sometimes we feel stuck with no hope on the horizon. You are unique but not alone. Whatever your struggles might be, fighting these battles on your own can be difficult, painful and overwhelming. Your struggles are your journey and sometimes it feels like that road comes to a dead end. Because each journey is unique, I use an integration of therapies to seek other inroads into your healing. One size does not fit all.

I employ Sensory Motor Therapy, EMDR and others to help with trauma big and small. My integration of Imago, Gottman and EFT is used for couples work. I pull from a number of therapies to help with mood disorders, and life changes. Low desire, anorgasmia, sexual trauma, and penile dysfunction are some of the sexual issues I work with.

Women and Sexuality is a group I run twice a year and I am currently forming a group for women 50 years and older. I will help you to heal your wounds, become more empowered, build your sense of self, and find your solutions. The strength is in you and the answers are within reach.

In this group you will examine your own sense of sexual being and experience the support of others who share common feelings and concerns.
