I work with children and youth who may need support navigating relationships, coping with anxiety or depression, or who are having trouble balancing the demands of everyday life.

I have experience working with folks of all ages, however I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. In working with children and teens, I additionally prioritize supporting parents in managing their experiences relating to the child's experiences.
