We will work together to explore your concerns, eliminate barriers, and identify your strengths to help you achieve your goals.
I use a combination of techniques derived from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and mindfulness therapies to help you identify and achieve your goals. My areas of speciality include depression, anxiety and phobias, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, trauma, anger managment, coping skills, and relationship issues.
