Announcement icon Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I am only conducting virtual sessions at this time. I am accepting new clients.
Thank you for being here. My name is Emily and I'm a Master's level clinician. Within the therapeutic process, I primarily utilize person-centered, DBT oriented practices to assist each client in reaching their goals. I believe that you are an expert in your own life, but I also believe that sometimes the stories that we tell ourselves can become muddled. I hope to act as an extra set of eyes and ears to assist you in becoming a reliable narrator of your own story. In this way, you'll gain insight into your sense of self, build resiliency, and maintain positive coping skills to weather life's challenges.
Therapy is for everyone, regardless of life stage, background, or diagnosis. I have worked with many diverse populations including mandated clients that were previously incarcerated, high achieving high school students, and those with intellectual disabilities. I offer a personalized, non-judgmental approach to treatment for each client.
There is more that connects us than divides us as human beings. I look forward to working with you in a shared sense of humanity and connectedness as you build the skills necessary to lead a meaningful life.
