Hello, I am a certified, licensed Counselor in the State of Michigan. My specialty is Addiction Counseling and I assist my clients for all Brain wellness including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life coaching, spirituality, trauma and Mindfulness. I'm formerly the Director of Brighton Center for Recovery(Brighton Hospital) and have been in private practice since 2014. Brain health is so important to our outlook on life. During our lifetime we come up against life issues which can be overwhelming. Like yearly physicals we have from our physician checking in on our brain well-being is just as important. In my work with couples and families, I provide a warm, non-judgmental presence to help you share your story, make discoveries, and meet your goals. I have a particular passion for helping couples, and I also work with individuals of all ages. I see family members as part of a connected system, and I honor each person's need for belonging and independence within their closest relationships. My background in education and love for the natural world shape my connection with clients.
