I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have extensive experience helping people heal from the emotional and behavioral difficulties related to depression and anxiety, including relationship issues, family conflicts, and problems in the work place.
Though many clients come to me seeking behavioral therapies, over my many years of practice, my training and experiences are diverse. I tailor my approach to meet individual client's needs. I help my clients to overcome problems and build upon their strengths. I am committed to helping people continue building fulfilling and meaningful lives.
My clients have commented on my dedication and expressed confidence and trust in my desire to help them to achieve greater happiness in their lives. I provide individual psychotherapy and lead a DBT group. I would be happy to talk with you to provide additional information regarding my practice.
