My counseling is strength-based oriented. I also use these counseling theories: Positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist & Relational Therapy. The specialties I treat are ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, womens' issues, microaggression/racial identity, hard of hearing individuals, living with disabilities, addiction/recovery.
