My style of therapy is to help clients deal with life's daily struggles while possibly carrying a history on their back. I believe two major things about therapy - the past must come to the present before one can move on; and everyone has the ability to get better.
I enjoy helping people who deal with self-esteem issues, feelings of powerlessness, and neurodivergence. My goal is to provide you the tools you need to practice self-care long after therapy has ended. I specialize in online therapy which allows clients to work on their issues and connect with someone in the safety of their own home.
