I'm a humanistic, relational, and psychodynamic psychotherapist, passionate about helping people overcome obstacles that stand in the way of experiencing joy and living life to the fullest.
I work with adults and teens on a range of issues including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions and personal growth. I help people find and trust their own inner voice, develop resilience, and reconnect with possibility and hope to create a life of meaning, purpose and joy.
It takes courage to begin this journey, but the therapeutic process has tremendous healing power. I provide a safe, nurturing space for transformation and change. Each person’s journey is unique and I feel honored and privileged to be part of it.
