I am trained in individual treatment approaches as well as systems and relational work. I look at the whole person/relationship and see how they are functioning in all areas: physical, social-emotional, mental and spiritual. I then tailor the treatment accordingly utilizing a creative, solution focused approach.
I am an artist and shamanic practitioner and can bring those elements into the treatment if desired by the client. I lead expressive arts classes and retreats.
