Groups
Virtual DBT Skills Group
Humanistic Counseling Center is excited to be offering a virtual DBT Skills Group beginning on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. This virtual skills-based group for adults (18+) will focus on the development of several DBT skills such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. This group would be helpful for individuals struggling with mood disorders; post-hospitalization (not presenting at immediate high risk); step-down from IOPs; and individuals who would benefit from skills training but cannot commit the time for a traditional IOP or other intensive program.
