Social Skills Group
Our free Social Skills Groups are designed for pre-teens and teens with Autism, social anxiety, or related social challenges who want to build confidence, make friends, and strengthen everyday communication skills. In a supportive, structured, and fun environment, teens learn and practice important social tools such as starting and maintaining conversations, understanding social cues, handling conflicts, and working in groups. Facilitated by professionals, the group balances skill-building with fun, fostering friendships, and boosting self-esteem.
