I use an eclectic approach and work with all ages with all kinds of problems. I have been a psychotherapist for over 35 years, and my approach has developed over time. I believe that everyone is different and responds to different forms of treatment. I enjoy working with anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and how to deal with their problems, whether in their families, their work, or their relationships.
I enjoy variety, and have worked in a multitude of settings, from child, adolescent and family therapy-oriented programs to mental health. I have experience in family and play therapy, couples counseling, and all types of mental health issues and mood disorders.
At this time (Jan. 2023) with concern about the Corona Virus, I am seeing people both in-person, wearing masks, and virtual. I have been able to use video even with young children, who have responded well to this. We use art, games, and other forms of play.
