I view my clients as experts on themselves. I meet them where they are, and together we strive to create a context for change. The therapeutic process is a journey, where I am constantly assessing growth and progress. My goal is to always focus on hope and peace.
My practice is attachment-based and trauma-informed. My work focuses on how early relationship patterns impact personal development. I have keen awareness of the prevalence of trauma and its impact on brain development and I hold a strong commitment to facilitating emotional safety and resilience. I am an EMDR Therapist, who uses bilateral stimulation.
