Coming Summer 2026! This 8-session weekly therapeutic support group is designed specifically for pregnant people at any stage of pregnancy. Led by a licensed therapist, the group offers a confidential, supportive space to explore anxiety in pregnancy, process fears about birth and parenthood, and connect with others navigating similar challenges. Topics include: managing anxiety during pregnancy, the emotional transition to parenthood, identity and relationship changes, preparing for the postpartum period, and building support networks. Please reach out if you are interested to be added to the waitlist. In-person and remote options will be offered.
