After being a teacher in public schools for 14 years and a director of a faith-based non-profit that helped troubled teens and parents, for 2 years, I decided to go back to school to become a licensed therapist. I enjoy "walking" beside of people who are hurting and struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, relationships and/or depression. I work with adults, young adults, teens, and couples. Human Connections Therapy (HCT)
There are many therapists at Human Connections Therapy (HCT) and we work with all ages. We believe that therapy helps deal with past hurts and anxiety about the future in order to live better lives today. This can be accomplished with self and other understanding, healthy communication, coping skills, and boundaries with people in our lives. We have an art/play room and regular offices.
