I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience providing individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I specialize in treating mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, acute stress, ADHD, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorders, behavioral issues, family challenges, grief, loss, and life balance.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Welfare and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. My experience includes working extensively with individuals across the lifespan, including those in the Severely Mentally Ill (SMI) population.
