I am Huguette Curah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of social work experience, including 21 years as a therapist. I enjoy empowering people to learn about themselves, accept their experiences and healing, and make space for what comes next. I have worked with individuals experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and adjustments to significant life changes. I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
My commitment to remaining present with each client enables me to facilitate growth and healing. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
