My name is Hugues J Marcelin and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping clients resolving mental health, emotional and behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, lack of impulse control, grief/loss, low self-esteem, trauma, etc. I have been a Mental Health Therapist since 2013. Although I am licensed and located in Florida, I am also licensed to practice in the state of Georgia but right now I can only accept self-pay clients from from Georgia.
My goal as your therapist is to make you feel as comfortable as possible, to share your thoughts and feelings, in a non-judgmental, therapeutic environment. Your success in attaining your short and long term therapy goals will depend on your devotion to successfully complete the steps towards those goals.
My counseling style is empathetic and interactive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my primary approach that I have used in working with individuals, groups, and families. I look forward to working with you.
