Therapy with me is sitting with a patient-centered, empathetic, and nonjudgmental individual. This aids in facilitating my primary goal of helping you build a life worth living, knowing this looks different for everyone. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, which emphasizes examining the relational and contextual patterns that inform our behavior. My style is infused with humor and irreverent honesty. Most of all, I build genuine connections to create brave spaces, where clients feel a sense of safety to explore and grow.
I have experience helping adolescents and adults explore life transitions, explore and develop identity, and navigate depression and anxiety. I have particular expertise in therapy with men and boys, exploring societal stressors associated with masculinity and gender roles, and therapy with LGBTQ+ individuals.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, I invite you reach out for a free brief consultation.
