I most often utilize Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Polyvagal Theory to move client's toward healing though occasionally use other Evidence Based Practices (including Seeking Safety and EMDR). They all have something to offer: my priority is to find out what is going to help you.
What should a person who is considering my services expect in the way of results? "Okayness within," a greater sense of ease and inner calm are the kind of results that I help folks achieve. Okayness is a mindset that can be supported by relaxation to combat that nagging sense of insecurity.
