loss of enthusiasm and purpose; inhibited capacity to love; unproductive and obsessive thinking; and lack of assertiveness.
I have been a psychotherapist for 30 years and a certified psychoanalyst for over 15. I have broad experience of many theories and techniques, and I train other therapists, but I believe that what counts is how all of these perspectives are integrated into a natural way of being more fully human together.
