I work collaboratively with individuals with serious mental illness, addiction, and trauma to: 1. work through the past, 2 address obstacles in the present, 3. and build a future to look forward to. We also build the skills that help you outside the therapy room. I use science-backed therapies with high success rates. And a little humor never hurts!
I've been trained by some of the world's best clinicians and have 14 years of experience. Research shows humor quickly stabilizes and builds resilience. I accept a few HMO insurances (see below).
