Have you ever wondered how counseling can help you change behaviors, habits or symptoms you maybe experiencing that are no longer servicing you? I can help with that I offer therapy for anxiety, depression along with self esteem therapy, I specialize with women but offer help to all genders ages 18 and older. If you want the tools, skills, or guidance to over come life obstacles I'm here to help you achieve your new way of living. I'm licensed in new Hampshire where I take insurance and private pay. I am also licensed in Maine where I'm currently doing virtual/private pay. I also offer Supervision counseling for pre-licensure.

As a LCMHC, I want to help my clients live their most "Authentic Life" that they want to live. I have a passion for therapy for women, anxiety and depression therapy, also self esteem therapy, I work with all genders. I am here to help my clients within my scope of practice to be as happy in life that they want to strive for, by helping them heal their mind.

Clients can expect to work on their goals at their pace. I like to meet my clients where they are at. I create a non-judgmental free space to feel welcomed and validated during the session. I use Evidence-based Practices and a Client Centered approach.
