I believe in a thoughtful and collaborative approach to mental health care. My journey began as a therapist, shaping how I understand each person’s unique experiences, diagnose with care, and assess the role of medication in their healing. Now, as both a therapist and prescriber, we’ll take the time to explore your needs integrating therapy and medication management to create a balanced, individualized treatment plan.
Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, families, young adults, and older adults navigating challenges such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, and BPD. My background in therapy guides my approach to prescribing, ensuring that medication is used thoughtfully and always within a comprehensive care plan.
Beyond my clinical work, I’m passionate about training and mentoring future mental health professionals as a faculty member: Harvard Graduate School of Education (07/23 - Present), Rowan University (09/18 - 06/23), and Northwestern University (01/21 - 06/23).
