I believe healing begins with self-awareness, authentic connection, and feeling truly understood. My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique story. With 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in community mental health centers, schools, colleges, and hospital settings. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and family challenges. I also have extensive experience working with refugee and immigrant communities.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based, and culturally responsive frameworks that address the root causes of psychological distress, encompassing the full complexity of each client's experience. I prioritize the therapeutic alliance as a foundation for building insight, resilience, and self-compassion through a collaborative, transparent approach.
